Job Description
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution of multiple technical projects. You monitor progress and finances, coordinate with clients and colleagues, and ensure your team has the necessary resources and information. From engineering and preparation to final delivery, you work closely with technicians, engineers, and site supervisors.

Your responsibilities as Project Manager:

• Ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to finish;
• Providing technical and organisational leadership to your team;
• Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
• Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
• Identifying risks and opportunities and taking proactive measures;
• Maintaining proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation;
• You know how to motivate and lead colleagues in a positive and constructive way;
• You are communicative and take ownership of project outcomes;
• You are independent but also a strong team player;
• You are solution-oriented and able to switch quickly when needed.

Employment Conditions

• An attractive salary depending on experience and education (up to approx. €6,500 per month);
