Job Description
As a Design Leader, you are the linchpin in the design process of infrastructure projects. You are responsible for coordinating the design team and ensuring smooth collaboration between different disciplines. In this role, you guide designers and draftsmen and monitor the progress, quality, and costs of the design process. You work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities as a Design Leader:

• Leading and guiding the design team within various projects;
• Preparing, coordinating, and monitoring design products and schedules;
• Coordinating multidisciplinary design activities;
• Reviewing and checking designs and drawings for quality and feasibility;
• Coordinating with clients, project managers, and executing parties;
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Job Requirements

• Completed higher professional or university education in Civil Engineering or similar;
• Several years of experience in a design or coordination role within infrastructure projects;
• Good command of design software and systems (such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D);
• Proactive and coaching attitude, with a focus on collaboration and results;
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
