Job Description
As a Sr. Software Engineer in Industrial Automation, you are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control software for various industrial processes. You work closely with clients and colleagues to come up with efficient and innovative automation solutions. In this role, you will have a lot of responsibility and be involved in the entire project process, from concept to delivery.

Your responsibilities as a Sr. Software Engineer IA:

• Developing and programming PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems;
• Preparing design documents and functional specifications;
• Testing, commissioning, and optimizing control systems;
• Consulting with clients and internal teams to translate specifications into technical solutions;
• Coaching and training fellow software engineers;
• Actively contributing to knowledge sharing and technical innovations within the team.

Job Requirements

• Higher professional education level (e.g., Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics);
• Knowledge and experience with PLCs (Siemens, B&R, and/or Schneider Electric);
• Experience with SCADA and/or DCS systems (preferred);
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
• Independent and proactive work attitude with attention to detail.

Employment Conditions

• Salary up to €6,000 gross per month (depending on experience);
