Job Description
As a Service Advisor, you are the main point of contact for customers and coordinate all activities related to the maintenance and repair of trucks. Together with your colleagues, you proactively plan and coordinate appointments for repairs and maintenance, receive customer orders, and prepare and communicate maintenance schedules to customers. Additionally, you prepare quotations based on customer requests and ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.
You are responsible for the daily coordination of repair and maintenance work among technicians and actively monitor progress and quality. In this role, you play a crucial part between the customer, workshop, and technicians. This position offers a clear growth opportunity towards Service Manager!
Your responsibilities as Service Advisor:
- Planning and coordinating appointments for truck maintenance and repair;
- Receiving and assessing customer orders;
- Preparing and communicating maintenance schedules to customers;
- Preparing quotations based on customer requests;
- Daily coordination of technicians and monitoring the progress of work;
- Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction with every assignment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum MBO (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level;
- Customer-oriented, strong communication skills, and a service-minded attitude;
- Ability to work independently, with a sense of teamwork;
- Affinity with technology, transport, or automotive is a plus.
