Job Description
As a Foreman Maritime, you will lead a team working on complete electrical installations. You coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met. You communicate with clients, suppliers, and your team, manage planning and materials, and solve technical challenges.

Your responsibilities as Foreman Maritime:

• Leading and motivating a team on shipbuilding projects;
• Coordinating work and ensuring timely delivery;
• Maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and team members;
• Managing planning, material procurement, and technical problem-solving;
• Contributing hands-on when needed;
• Ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in maritime electrical systems;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Flexible and proactive work attitude;
• Team player with leadership qualities;
• Technical insight and a sense of responsibility;
• MBO-level thinking and working capacity.

Employment Conditions

• Salary up to €5.500 gross per month;
