Job Description
As an Industrial Work Planner, you are the central figure in the preparation and support of various projects. You ensure that materials and resources are available on time, support project managers and engineers, and maintain close contact with clients, technicians, and panel builders. Thanks to your structured approach, projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities as Industrial Work Planner:

• Preparing a wide range of projects, from simple to complex;
• Purchasing and ordering materials and monitoring delivery times;
• Identifying additional or reduced work and reporting this to the project manager;
• Preparing calculations and quotations and gathering necessary project information;
• Maintaining client contact regarding progress and quotation status;
• Supporting and acting as a point of contact for technicians and panel builders;
• Monitoring execution, schedules, and compliance with standards and client requirements.

Job Requirements

• Technical background or experience in work planning within electrical engineering;
• Ability to work accurately and in a structured manner, with the flexibility to switch quickly;
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between clients, colleagues, and suppliers;
• Independent worker, but also a true team player.

Employment Conditions

• Salary up to €5,400 gross per month (depending on experience);
• 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, and 13 ADV days;
