Job Description
As an Electrical Project Manager, you are responsible for guiding and coordinating projects from start to finish. You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues, identify potential new assignments, and contribute to project acquisition. You ensure that planning, budgeting, and execution of tasks proceed efficiently and with high quality. Additionally, you coach and lead colleagues within the department and actively contribute to improvements in processes and working methods.

Your responsibilities as Electrical Project Manager:

• Creating and monitoring work schedules, taking into account priorities, capacity, costs, safety, and efficiency;
• Ensuring timely availability of materials, personnel, and resources, and proper administrative handling;
• Evaluating projects, work orders, and work processes and making improvement proposals;
• Coaching and managing colleagues within the department;
• Coordinating and structuring activities within the department;
• Identifying potential new assignments and contributing to acquisition.

Job Requirements

• At least MBO level 4 and HBO working and thinking level;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility projects, preferably with building-related installations;
• Organized, structured, and stress-resistant;
• Experience in coaching and managing colleagues;
• Quality- and cost-conscious, independent, and a true team player.

Terms of Employment

• Salary between €4,500 and €5,800 gross per month (depending on experience);
• Permanent contract;
• 38 days off for full-time employment;
• 8% holiday allowance;
