Job Description
As Team Leader Engineering and Technology, you lead a team of approximately 15 engineers and draftsmen. You are responsible for the personal development of your colleagues, improving the quality of engineering, and capacity planning in both the short and long term. You work closely with other team leaders, project teams, and the discipline manager within a matrix organization.

Your responsibilities as Team Leader Engineering:

• Guiding and developing engineers and draftsmen within your team;
• Ensuring quality and continuously improving work processes within engineering;
• Preparing capacity planning and coordinating with project leaders and technical managers;
• Promoting sustainable employability and a healthy work culture;
• Providing necessary resources such as PPE, software licenses, and training;
• Actively collaborating with other team leaders and contributing to uniformity and knowledge sharing;
• Driving productivity, personnel planning, and process optimization.

Job Requirements

• Completed HBO education in Electrical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or similar;
• At least 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in a leadership role;
• Experience in a technical environment within the energy or infrastructure sector;
• Strong communication skills and organizational sensitivity;
• Experience with people management, coaching, and capacity planning.

• Salary up to €6,700 gross per month based on full-time;
