Job Description
As a Lead Electrical Technician, you are responsible for the installation and assembly of electrical systems within industrial projects. You supervise fellow technicians, junior technicians, and vocational students, ensuring safe, tidy, and high-quality execution of the work. You work closely with supervisors and chief technicians on the Chemelot site.

Your responsibilities as Lead Electrical Technician

• Independently installing, inspecting, and delivering electrical systems according to safety and quality standards;
• Supervising, guiding, and coaching technicians and students on the work floor;
• Ensuring a clean and safe workplace;
• Using available materials and tools efficiently;
• Collaborating with the supervisor and chief technician for proper project execution.

Job Requirements

• MBO-2 or higher in Electrical Engineering;
• Experience as an industrial electrical technician;
• Ability to coach, guide, and motivate colleagues;
• Team player with strong communication skills;
• Good command of Dutch and English (minimum B1 level).

Employment Conditions

• Salary up to €4,500 gross per month based on full-time;
• 8% holiday allowance and travel expense reimbursement;
