Job Description

As a Truck Mechanic, you ensure that trucks and commercial vehicles remain safe, reliable, and ready for daily use. You will work on diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and, depending on the client, also support the final assembly of new trucks. You will play an essential role in keeping vehicles in top technical condition.

Your Responsibilities as a Truck Mechanic

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues;
• Using testing tools to find the root cause of faults;
• Repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension and electronics;
• Replacing worn or damaged components;
• Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, filters and tire checks;
• Carrying out inspections and tachograph-related tasks;
• Supporting colleagues and maintaining a safe and organised workshop;
• Interpreting technical drawings, manuals and diagnostic test results;
• Working according to strict workshop and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Experience as a truck, commercial vehicle or automotive mechanic;
• Ability to work independently and safely;
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills;
• Good communication skills and solid English level;
• EU nationality (required);
• Automotive-related education;
• Driver’s licence B;
• Proactive and hands‑on work mentality.
