Job Description
As a Service Coordinator, you are the central point within the service organization and support the Service Manager with the daily management of the workshop. You ensure that customers are assisted quickly and professionally, planning runs smoothly, and communication between the workshop, warehouse and customers is efficient. Thanks to your organizational skills and proactive attitude, the branch continues to operate efficiently.

Your responsibilities as a Service Coordinator

• Welcoming and assisting customers, both at the service desk and over the phone;
• Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair activities together with the Service Manager and Workshop Manager;
• Monitoring the progress of work and proactively informing customers about the status;
• Processing work orders, administrative data and invoicing;
• Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing to efficient solutions;
• Supporting the warehouse during busy periods or in the absence of colleagues.

Job Requirements

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Customer-focused, proactive and service-oriented attitude;
• Affinity with commercial vehicles or technology is an advantage;
• You can switch quickly and maintain an overview in a dynamic working environment;
• Experience in a similar position is a plus, but motivation and commitment are just as important.
