Job Description
As a Workshop Coordinator, you are the central link within the service department and support the Service Manager with the daily coordination of the workshop. You ensure customers receive excellent service, schedules run smoothly, and communication between the workshop, warehouse and customers is clear and efficient. Thanks to your organizational skills and proactive attitude, the daily operation runs seamlessly.

Your responsibilities as Workshop Coordinator

• Welcoming and assisting customers both at the service desk and by telephone;
• Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair activities together with the Service Manager and Workshop Manager;
• Monitoring the progress of workshop activities and proactively informing customers about the status of their vehicles;
• Processing work orders, administrative tasks and invoicing;
• Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing to practical solutions;
• Supporting the warehouse when required during busy periods or staff absence.

Job Requirements

• MBO working and thinking level or equivalent;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Customer-focused, proactive and service-oriented attitude;
• Affinity with commercial vehicles or automotive technology is an advantage;
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining an overview;
• Experience in a similar position is a plus, but motivation and commitment are equally important.

• Competitive salary of up to approximately €6.500 (depending on knowledge and experience);
