Job Description
As an Electrical Technician, you will work on a wide variety of electrical installations and industrial automation projects for leading industrial companies throughout the Breda region. You will install, wire and connect complete electrical systems while working independently or as part of a project team. Depending on your experience, you will carry out projects on your own or work alongside experienced colleagues on complex industrial installations.

Your responsibilities as an Industrial Electrician

• Installing, wiring and connecting electrical installations, control systems, PLC cabinets, control panels and MCCs (Motor Control Centres);
• Installing and connecting industrial machinery, conveyor systems, pumps, electric motors, compressors, valves and other equipment within the process, food and water treatment industries;
• Installing and connecting sensors, flow meters, pressure, temperature and level transmitters, control valves and other field instrumentation;
• Installing, routing, terminating and testing power, control and instrumentation cables, including cable trays, conduits, cable glands and industrial cable systems;
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs and loop diagrams to ensure accurate installation;
• Performing testing, fault finding and commissioning of industrial electrical installations and automation systems;
• Working on installations controlled by PLC, SCADA and DCS systems;
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely in accordance with applicable safety regulations, quality standards and ATEX requirements;
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers and clients regarding project progress and resolving technical challenges;
• Supervising junior electricians and BBL apprentices when required, while contributing to the safe, efficient and high-quality execution of projects.

Job Requirements

• Completed college degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical discipline;
• Knowledge of and/or experience in industrial automation, machine building, manufacturing or process industries;
• Strong technical insight and the ability to work independently;
• Good communication skills (GOOD ENGLISH) and a proactive attitude;
• Having a driving license is mandatory;
• Willing to relocate to The Netherlands for the long term;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Employment Conditions

• Very good weekly pay up to €750,- net per week for 40 hours (depending on experience);
