Job Description
As a Truck Workshop Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of the workshop. You ensure that technicians can perform at their best, work is planned efficiently, and customers can rely on excellent service. Thanks to your technical knowledge, coaching leadership style and organizational skills, maintenance and repair activities are completed according to schedule and the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities as a Truck Workshop Manager

• Leading and coaching the team of truck technicians;
• Coordinating daily operations and ensuring efficient workshop planning;
• Monitoring the quality of completed maintenance and repair work;
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and workshop procedures;
• Supporting technicians with technical questions and complex diagnostics;
• Ensuring optimal cooperation between the workshop, warehouse and service department;
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring the professional completion of all work;
• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the optimization of work processes.

Job Requirements

• Completed MBO-level education in Commercial Vehicle Technology or Automotive Engineering;
• Experience as a commercial vehicle or truck technician;
• Leadership experience within a technical or automotive environment is a strong advantage;
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes for commercial vehicles and trucks;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• A coaching leadership style and the ability to motivate a team;
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented and able to perform well under pressure;
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality and safety.

Employment Conditions

• A competitive salary of up to approximately €6,700, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• 24 vacation days and 13 ADV days;
