We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager who will help build the future of Tecwave from day one and excel within their own technical discipline.

- A large network of clients and candidates in Electrical Engineering & Automation
- A proven proposition for both companies and candidates
- Successful placement of many technical positions at MBO, HBO, and WO levels
- A strong international recruitment network within Europe
- A professional and automated back office
- Recruitment & Selection + Deta-Vast constructions as models, focused on filling vacancies
We clearly distinguish ourselves by aligning our services with what an organization or candidate truly needs. We do not cling to rigid secondment models or excessively high margins. We provide specialist advice to clients on successful recruitment and selection. And we advise and coach candidates based on their wishes and ambitions, not on the fastest possible placement.

The vision on the horizon
In the coming years, we will continue to expand and professionalize our proven approach. We will not do this by hiring “extra hands,” but by attracting specialists in the mediation of technical professionals, each with a proven track record.
This role is, naturally, not for everyone. But we believe we must grow in a way that fits our services, because: delivering professionals means being professional.
Over the coming years, we will establish (and expand) a select number of business units across various technical disciplines:
- We will further expand the Electrical Engineering & Automation business unit
- We will add new business units, including:
- We will build teams within the above disciplines that:
o Automotive
o Mechanical Engineering
o Civil Engineering
o Installation Technology
o Fully manage their own market
o Strategically deploy their network
o Determine their own direction
o And thereby shape what Tecwave’s growth looks like
The role: Account Manager at Tecwave
We are not looking for someone who thinks their main task is delegating, but for someone who gets their hands dirty. A builder who is actively in the market every day, speaks with clients on the shop floor, visits project sites, and truly understands what is going on. At Tecwave, you are hands-on and in control: you call, visit, move, and push through until results are achieved.
You will have a 360° role in which you:
1. Build new partnerships
– You approach technical companies based on your own network and experience
– You identify staffing needs in the short and long term
– You define conditions and forms of collaboration
– You maintain a visible presence with clients, including on-site
2. Fill technical vacancies
– You conduct intake interviews with candidates (Dutch & international)
– You show genuine technical and personal interest and are not a CV pusher
– You guide the entire process from selection to placement
– You think along with clients about sustainable reinforcement, strategic workforce planning, and candidate development
3. Build and maintain a network
– On LinkedIn, you are visible, recognizable, and substantively relevant
– You share cases, results, insights, and vacancies
– You become the trusted face for both clients and candidates
4. Work with international recruitment partners
– You collaborate with European recruitment suppliers
– You receive profiles with full screening, motivation & availability
– You help international technicians build sustainable careers in the Netherlands
– You build long-term supplier partnerships
– International travel is part of this role to strengthen relationships

What we ask of you
- HBO level of working and thinking
- At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing
- A strong track record in one of the following disciplines
- A commercial network within the technical sector
- You build strong relationships through your expertise and authentic approach
- You are energetic, entrepreneurial, and responsible
- Full command of the Dutch and English languages
- You do not wait; you think, plan, and act

What we offer you
- Gross annual salary between €40,000 and €60,000
- Attractive incentive per placement ranging from €500 to €1,500 depending on type
