Job Description
As an Engineer Mechanical, you are responsible for developing, designing, and drafting components and structures for innovative recycling installations. You work under the supervision of the Lead Mechanical Engineer and actively contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality solutions within the set project parameters.
Your responsibilities as Engineer Mechanical:
- Design and draft constructions and installation components such as piping, flanges, and supports;
- Create project-specific overview and detail drawings including documentation;
- Review and approve construction drawings;
- Contribute to strength calculations and technical analyses;
- Plot and archive drawings according to project standards;
- Document and keep technical data up to date;
- Stay informed about technical developments and apply relevant guidelines;
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the team.
Requirements
- MBO+/Bachelor level in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD;
- Knowledge of material properties and machining techniques is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of technical English;
- Experience with 3D CAD software such as CadWorx 3D, Plant 3D, or Autodesk Inventor is a plus;
- Knowledge of PV Elite / Caesar is an advantage.
Competencies
- Accurate and decisive;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Team-oriented and able to work independently;
- Curious and eager to learn.
ICT Skills
- MS Office;
- AutoCAD (experience with CadWorx 3D / Plant 3D is a plus);
- Autodesk Inventor (plus);
- PV Elite / Caesar (plus).
Employment Conditions
- Salary up to €5,800 depending on your experience and expertise;
- 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days (based on 40 hours);
- 8% holiday allowance;
