Job Description
As a Sr. Hardware Engineer Industrial Automation, you are responsible for the design and technical specification of control installations and electrical systems. You work closely with teams such as panel building and field service to deliver customized solutions for clients. Your work is diverse, ranging from creating technical drawings to performing calculations that ensure the correct functioning and safety of installations.

Your responsibilities as Sr. Hardware Engineer:

• Engineering control panels using EPLAN and/or AutoCAD;
• Creating electrical diagrams, P&ID drawings and I/O lists;
• Performing cable calculations and selecting technical components;
• Supporting detailed engineering and preparing technical drawings for production;
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients, both in the office and on-site;
• Being present “in the field” when necessary to support projects and gather technical insights.

Job Requirements

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar;
• Experience with EPLAN (Pro Panel is a plus) and preferably AutoCAD, or willingness to learn;
• Knowledge or experience with industrial hardware and installations;
• Creative, accurate and solution-oriented working style;
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

Terms of Employment

• A competitive base salary up to €5,900 gross per month, depending on experience and education;
