Job Description
As a Lead Hardware Engineer, you are the connecting factor between clients and internal teams. You are responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electrical and control installations and guiding your colleagues within the project team. You will have a lot of freedom and responsibility to ensure the quality, efficiency, and progress of projects.

Your responsibilities as a Lead Hardware Engineer:

• Training and guiding colleagues within the project team;
• Acting as the technical point of contact for clients;
• Preparing functional and technical designs;
• Designing and optimizing control drawings;
• Coordinating with other disciplines such as project management and work preparation;
• Monitoring project budgets, quality, and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Higher professional education in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Mechatronics;
• At least 6 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer and/or Lead Hardware Engineer;
• Experience with relationship management and coaching colleagues;
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

Employment Conditions

• Salary up to €7,700 (depending on experience and education);
• 32 to 40-hour workweek with flexible working hours;
