Job Description
As a Logistics Coordinator Air & Sea, you are responsible for organizing and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments via air and sea freight. You act as a key point of contact between clients, carriers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Your responsibilities as Logistics Coordinator:

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring import and export shipments (air and sea);
• Maintaining communication with clients, carriers, and suppliers;
• Processing shipments in the system and ensuring accurate administration;
• Monitoring delivery timelines and reporting discrepancies;
• Coordinating customs documentation and transport paperwork;
• Proactively resolving logistical challenges and delays.

Job Requirements

• MBO-level education or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain;
• Experience with air and/or sea freight is a strong plus;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
• Self-motivated, accurate, and able to perform under pressure;
• Familiarity with logistics systems and administrative procedures;
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
