Job Description
As a Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, calculating, and optimizing piping networks within various industrial projects. You will work closely with other engineers and project managers to ensure that designs meet the highest quality and safety standards. Additionally, you will play an important role in supporting the construction and installation processes, using your expertise to provide solutions that are both efficient and cost-effective.

Your responsibilities as a Piping Engineer:

  • Designing, calculating, and specifying piping systems for industrial installations, in compliance with national and international standards and regulations.
  • Conducting stress tests and analyses to ensure the durability and safety of the design.
  • Creating and managing technical documentation, including design drawings, material specifications, and layouts.
  • Collaborating with the project team and suppliers to ensure the feasibility of designs and provide technical solutions.
  • Supervising and supporting the installation and commissioning of piping systems on-site.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in processes and procedures within the department.

Job Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in hardware engineering, preferably in an industrial environment;
  • Experience with CAD software for designing hardware components;
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented;
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented work attitude;
  • Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site when required.

Employment Conditions

  • A gross monthly salary of up to €5,500, depending on experience and education;
  • Variable bonus scheme;
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract after one year;
  • 25 vacation days plus additional compensation days (ADV);
