Job Description
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete supervision of industrial projects – from preparation to final result. You are the point of contact for clients, lead a team of engineers and technicians, and monitor progress, planning, and budget. With your technical knowledge and organizational skills, you ensure that projects run smoothly and are successfully completed.
Your responsibilities as Project Manager:
- Leading engineers and technicians and ensuring that tasks are carried out according to schedule;
- Monitoring progress, quality, and budget of ongoing projects;
- Preparing schedules, progress reports, and post-calculations;
- Maintaining close contact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams;
- Managing multiple projects and ensuring clear communication and oversight;
- Actively contributing ideas for improvements in processes, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- A completed education in electrical engineering or industrial automation;
- Several years of experience as a project manager, project engineer, or work planner with growth potential;
- Experience with industrial projects in electrical engineering or automation;
- Commercial insight and the ability to maintain and expand customer relationships;
- Independent, flexible, and focused on collaboration and results;
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
Employment Conditions
- Salary up to €6,450 gross per month (depending on experience);
- 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, and 13 ADV days (exchangeable for extra salary);
