Job Description
As Team Leader Service & Assembly, you will manage a team of technicians and coordinate service and assembly projects. You are the first point of contact for clients and colleagues on-site and ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to schedule. With your experience and commitment, you motivate your team and elevate projects to a higher level.

Your responsibilities as Team Leader Service & Assembly:

• Managing and coaching technicians within your team;
• Planning and coordinating service and assembly activities;
• Monitoring safety, quality, and progress of on-site projects;
• Maintaining client contact and aligning on activities;
• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimization;
• Supporting with technical issues and resolving malfunctions;
• Handling administrative project data and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Completed MBO or HBO education in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
• Extensive hands-on experience in technical execution is essential; leadership experience is a plus;
• Knowledge of industrial electrical engineering and/or control technology;
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
• Proactive, independent, and result-driven;
• In possession of a valid driver’s license (B).

• An attractive salary depending on experience and education (up to approx. €5.500 per month);
