Job Description
As a Team Leader Engineering, you oversee a team of approximately 15 hardware and software engineers (PLC/SCADA & EPLAN/AutoCAD). You are responsible for technical coordination, coaching, capacity planning and ensuring project quality. Together with your team, you realise designs and software for machine-building and recycling projects using technologies such as Siemens S7, Optiproces, SEE Electrical and AutoCAD.

Your responsibilities as Team Leader Engineering:

• Planning, organising and dividing work across hardware and software engineers;
• Monitoring quality, engineering standards and project progress;
• Acting as a sparring partner for engineers and project managers and thinking in solutions;
• Supporting growth and development of team members, trainees and interns;
• Visiting colleagues on-site and ensuring strong cooperation within the department;
• Safeguarding engineering hours in calculations and contributing to improvement projects;
• Driving innovation and strengthening processes within the engineering team.

Job Requirements

• HBO-level education and experience within a project-driven technical environment;
• Knowledge of machine building, automation and recycling installations;
• Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset and analytical ability;
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team;
• People-oriented, communicative and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

Employment Conditions

• Salary up to €6,300 based on experience;
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (option to convert ADV into salary);
