Job Description
As a Work Planner Industrial Automation, you are responsible for the technical preparation and coordination of projects. You ensure that materials are available on time, support project managers and engineers, and maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and technicians. Thanks to your structured approach, projects run smoothly from assessment and calculation to execution.
Your responsibilities as a Work Planner:
- Assessing, evaluating, and coordinating new projects on-site at the client;
- Purchasing materials and services, preparing order lists, and monitoring delivery times;
- Calculating projects during the pre-engineering phase;
- Preparing work for the start of projects;
- Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors;
- Carrying out engineering tasks if necessary;
- Supervising and supporting technicians during project execution.
Job Requirements
- A completed MBO education in electrical engineering or industrial automation;
- Knowledge of and/or experience with industrial automation in machine building, process or manufacturing industries;
- Accurate, structured, and strong communication skills;
- Able to work independently but also a real team player;
- Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and flexible attitude.
Terms of Employment
- Salary up to €5,200 gross per month (depending on experience);
- 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, and 13 ADV days;
