Job Description
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete execution of industrial projects, from preparation through to final delivery. You monitor planning, budget and progress, while looking beyond the numbers. Thanks to your technical expertise, you ensure engineering, work preparation and execution remain perfectly aligned. You are the main point of contact for clients and colleagues and play a key role in successfully delivering challenging projects within industrial automation and electrical engineering.

Your responsibilities as Project Manager

• Managing industrial projects from preparation through final delivery;
• Translating customer requirements into a clear project approach while monitoring project scope;
• Coordinating engineering, work preparation and installation activities to ensure successful project execution;
• Monitoring project planning, budget, quality and overall progress;
• Maintaining close communication with clients, suppliers and internal project teams;
• Identifying technical and organizational challenges at an early stage and proactively implementing solutions;
• Leading and supporting a team of approximately 30 technical specialists.

Job Requirements

• A completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation;
• Experience within an industrial environment such as machine building, manufacturing or process industries;
• Experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Work Planner, or ready to take the next step in your career;
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to maintain an overview in complex projects;
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude;
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to effectively lead people and projects.

Terms of Employment

• Salary up to €6,800 gross per month, depending on experience;
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (which can be exchanged for additional salary);
• Company lease car, laptop and smartphone;
